SHIPPING POLICY

Four Pillars Performance currently ships orders within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, limited releases, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $80.

Orders of $80 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Standard shipping is generally estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available for $15.00 and is generally estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.

Selecting express shipping does not change our normal order processing time.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Four Pillars Performance as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

Four Pillars Performance is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available. We may expand shipping availability in the future.
